Welcome to KeyAI! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KeyAI iOS app (“App”), which is provided by Saad Belfqih (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

App Description and Use

KeyAI is an iOS app that utilizes artificial intelligence to assist users. The App provides features based on user-provided data and preferences. The App may require access to your device’s camera to function properly.

Subscription and Automatic Renewal

The KeyAI app offers auto-renewable subscription services. When you purchase a subscription:

Billing Cycle: You’ll be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles can be monthly or annual, depending on your choice when purchasing.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel auto-renewal through your App Store account settings. Manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable with no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Free trials forfeit if you purchase a subscription.

Price Changes: Subscription fees may change. Fee changes are effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We’ll notify you in advance to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change becomes effective.

Free Trials: We may offer free trial subscriptions. If not canceled before the trial expires, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription type selected.

Confirmation: Apple will send a confirmation email post-purchase.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy details our data practices. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as stated in the Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content

Upload, submit, or post content as permitted. By doing so, you grant us a license to use this content. We have the right to manage this content as deemed fit.

Intellectual Property

We own or license all rights to the App’s design, layout, features, and content. No unauthorized reproduction or distribution is allowed.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive actions while using the App.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for damages arising from App use, to the extent permissible by law.

You’ll indemnify and hold harmless Saad Belfqih and affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from App use or any violation of these Terms.
